INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

When you sign up, we only collect your email id, name, password, phone number, country, and city. These are required to provide you the best possible services and in future, these will be used to customize product, based on your location, your preferences etc. Password you choose are stored in encrypted form and is used to verify your account from time to time, when you login on to Groups application from your devices. Email ID along with password is used for verification of your identity to use Da’sAge services, Rest all details are stored as-it-is, however you can update them from time to time. Email ID is also used to send you updates, learning material, tutorials, news from the Da’sAge team. We too hate spams and we mail you only the significant emails which seem to be useful for you.

UNIQUE DEVICE NUMBERS:

Da’sAge also uses a unique device number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type and application version number, device numbers/ID) may be sent to Da’sAge server when you install the app or when the app periodically contacts our servers, such as during login from device.

HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

Other than “Da’sAge” website and the app, where you provide the information, only unique device numbers/ID are fetched from all the devices where you use the Da’sAge.

All your information is stored on Da’sAge servers and used by the Da’sAge application only.We encrypt your password, rest all the information is kept as-it-is. AUTO SYNC Data:

Da’sAge supports online syncing of data to our server. Please note that this data is stored in our cloud based server, we ensure that the data is stored in encrypt format and secured in our servers. And it shall be our endeavor to keep the data safe.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice through email.

Refund Policy:

Da’sAge is providing you all the features once you subscribe to it, since you’re not getting any prior free services it is our responsibility that you get all the features and services very smoothly and don’t get any trouble while using it.You can subscribe to it via the App itself by sending us the subscription request.

Once you subscribe our App we do not refund, however if you get any trouble you can contact our customer care, we guarantee you the full support for the better user experience,However if you have paid over the amount by mistake, or the double amount has been deducted from your bank, if we get that extra amount, after confirmation we will definitely help you in this case.

Terms of Service

GroupPs Inc presents Da’sAge. We thank you for joining us at the new social media Oasis Da’sAge! Your use of the Da’sAge service and software is governed by the terms and conditions of the Da’sAge you agreed to when you signed up for a Da’sAge Account and the terms and conditions of this Supplement, which with other terms contained in web links listed in this Supplement are an agreement between you and Da’sAge . (Or, based on where you live, one of its affiliates). A separate unique ID may be presented when installing and using the software on a device. That separate unique ID controls to the extent of any conflict with this Supplement. You should review this entire Supplement, including any linked terms, because all of the terms are important and create this contract that applies to you. In the event of any conflict between the Da’sAge Service Agreement and this Supplement, this Supplement will govern as to your use of a Da’sAge Subscription.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT OR USING THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONSENT TO THE TRANSMISSION OF CERTAIN INFORMATION DURING ACTIVATION AND FOR INTERNET-BASED FEATURES OF THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE.

Service Offered

Da’sAge Application is a platform for the entire community where people they can socialize, do business together, and perform many other activities.

Account

When you sign up for a Da’sAge Account, a legally binding contract will be created between the Account Holder and Da’sAge. The provisions of these Terms of Service shall govern our agreement with you. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to cancel the Da’sAge account because of technical constraints.

Limitation of Liability

Da’sAge App provides its services at an affordable cost. Its liability to you is limited to the fees/commission collected from you. We do not sell our software or your copy of it – we only license it. Under our license we grant you the right to use it and its services.

Exclusion of liability for loss caused by others

Da’sAge will not be liable if such losses, penalties, surcharges, interest or additional tax liabilities are due to the acts or omissions of any other person or due to the provision to it of incomplete, misleading or false information or if they are due to a failure to act on its advice or a failure to provide it with relevant information.

Exclusion of liability in relation to circumstances beyond our control

Da’sAge App will not be liable to you for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside their control.

Exclusion of liability relating to the discovery of fraud etc.

Da’sAge App will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred or sustained if information material to the service it is providing is withheld or concealed from it or misrepresented to it. This applies equally to fraudulent acts, misrepresentation or willful default on the part of any party to the transaction and their directors, officers, employees, agents or advisers.

Limitation of Third Party Rights

The advice and information provided by Groups to you as part of the service is for your sole use and not for any third party to whom you may communicate it unless we have expressly agreed that a specified third party may rely on our work. No responsibility is accepted to third parties, for any advice, information or material produced as part of their work for you, which you make available to them.

Your responsibilities

In order Da’sAge to manage your account/profile on the app correctly you agree to protect your account credentials. You should not share your login information to anyone outside your organization.

Access

You will not be able to access and use the App service without a valid username and password. You can retrieve your password using online password reset tool.

License

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms of Service as per the number of devices you choose to use... If you choose to give another party access to your account you do so at your own risk and you shall remain primarily liable to Da’sAge for complying with these Terms of Service for the use of the Service.

Security

The Account Holder is ultimately responsible for administering and safeguarding any passwords created to control access to its Da’sAge account: please keep any password issued to you secure. Da’sAge staff does not have access to any Account Holder’s passwords and will not be able to access your account without the Account Holder’s authentication and permission. All transfer of Accounts Holder’s data between our servers and any external environment is encrypted.

Fees and Payment Terms

A subscription fee will be charged as per the plans mentioned in the app. We strictly comply with the laws of the land and we will charge applicable taxes. The subscription fee will be available on some of the features into the app. The other features don’t need any subscription and you can use it free. **Prices are subject to change.**

Non-payment of Subscription

We shall be under no obligation to provide the Service if the subscription fee is not paid to us on time. Hence the paid features of application will stop working, once subscription is expired.

Suspension or termination

If you fail to abide by these Terms of Service, or if payment of the subscription fees is not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service/Features.We also reserve the right to close any Da’sAge account for any reason, immediately or by giving one month’s notice. Not adhering to the rules of no screen shotting and screen recording in private groups can lead to suspension or termination of your account. Please review the terms and conditions. 

Cancellation

You can close the Account Holder’s Da’sAge account at any time by contacting us on support@groupps.biz. No further subscription fees will be billed and no refund will be made of any subscription fees already billed and paid.

Your company data and information

We do not have access to any of your data and information. It is always saved in our server on your account. You can always use it in other devices by just entering your registered mobile number and password. Da’sAge and its Staff have no concern with your data and hence you are solely responsible for your data, and in case of loss of device or company data or somebody stole your device and make some changes in your data so we do not take any responsibility until you inform us and deactivate your account however if law agencies would influence us to disclose the data with legal warrants so Da’sAge cannot be held liable.

Availability

We will make reasonable endeavors at all times to ensure that the Service will be suitable for your intended use. We cannot guarantee that it will be error-free, timely, reliable, entirely secure, virus-free or available at all times since we are partially dependent on the reliability of the Internet and your use of your own devices to access the Service. We will try to keep any disruptions to a minimum but it may be necessary to suspend the Service from time to time to carry out maintenance and support work. If your subscription expired, services may be suspended, you need to pay the subscription fee to resume the services.

Prohibited Use

Except as otherwise permitted under this Agreement, you shall not:

  1. Remove or alter the conditions of use, any copyright notices and other identification disclaimers as they may appear on the website, or in any print format;
  2. Provide by electronic means to any person other than an authorized user any content;
  3. Alter or change any part of the content.

Community Conduct

Da’sAge strives to bring a Positive, Pleasant, Private experience to social media. To achieve this we have set some community conduct guidelines. Failure to adhere to set code can result in suspension or removal from Da’sAge app.

Ownership

The legal and beneficial interest in all copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), database rights, proprietary information rights and all other proprietary rights as may exist anywhere in the world together with applications associated with any such rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) relating to the Service belong to us at all times. You obtain no ownership rights in the Service or any of the Intellectual Property Rights pursuant to or arising out of this Agreement. The Account Holder has sole responsibility for the provision of accurate and reliable data. The Account Holder retains ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights it has in your Data (such as rights in its logo, for example.) Intellectual Property Rights in your Data will not be transferred to us. We reserve the right to disclose your Data to law enforcement officials in the investigation of fraud or other alleged unlawful activities but otherwise we will only use your Data to provide the Service. If any third party image or icon has been used, copyright will be held of original owner. Da’sAge will not be held for any illegal activity. Owner can notify Da’sAge for such things and these will be replaced in next Major release.

Exclusion of our liability

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We do not restrict our liability (if any) for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, for fraud committed by us or for any matter, which it would be illegal to limit or to attempt to restrict. We exclude all other liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage arising in connection with the Service.

Limitation of our liability

Neither party shall be liable under this agreement to the other party for indirect, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages including without limitation loss of goodwill, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or otherwise. Where we are not legally entitled to exclude our liability, our total liability for any loss or damage relating to the Service shall not exceed an amount equal to the subscription fees, which the Account Holder has paid to Da’sAge in the previous payment cycle.

Liability to Da’sAge

If you access the Service using a password created to control access to the Account Holder’s Da’sAge account, then the Account Holder shall be held liable for any reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Da’sAge as a result of breach of these Terms of Service by you. Otherwise, you shall be held personally liable for any reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Da’sAge as a result of breach of these Terms of Service by you.

Further provisions

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Statement describe the entire agreement between you and Da’sAge regarding the Service, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements. We shall be entitled to assign or subcontract our rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Service to another party. As Account Holder you may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent. Failure at any time to enforce any of these terms and conditions or to require performance by the other party of any such term or condition shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or affect the right of either party to enforce the same. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall be carried out as closely as possible according to the original intent.

Data Protection

In order to carry out the services of this engagement and for related purposes such as updating the enhancing our client records, analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, legal and regulatory compliance and crime prevention we may obtain, process, use and disclose personal data about you.

Electronic and Other Communication

We will communicate with you and with third parties via email or by other electronic means, unless another method is more appropriate. You will be responsible for virus checking emails and any attachments. With electronic communication, there is a risk of non-receipt, delayed receipt, inadvertent misdirection or interception by third parties. We use virus-scanning software to reduce the risk of viruses and similar damaging items being transmitted through emails or electronic storage devices.

However, electronic communication is not totally secure and we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses nor for communications, which are corrupted or altered after dispatch. Nor can we accept any liability for problems or accidental errors relating to this means of communication especially in relation to commercially sensitive material. Any communication by us with you sent through the post system is deemed to arrive at your postal address two working days after the day that the document was sent.

Retention of and Access to Records

You have a legal responsibility to retain documents and records relevant to your tax affairs. During the course of our work, we may collect information from you and others relevant to your tax affairs. We will return any original documents to you, if requested. Documents and records relevant to your tax affairs are required by law to be retained by individuals and companies for 8 years from the end of the accounting period. Whilst certain documents may legally belong to you, we may destroy correspondence and other papers that we store, electronically or otherwise, which are more than 7 years old. You must inform us if you require the return or retention of any specific documents for a longer period.

Definitions

“Account Holder” means a sole trader, firm, limited company or any other legal entity which has a Da’sAge account

“Da’sAge account,” means a current subscription to the Service.

“Service” means our Da’sAge mobile app, which is accessed and used via devices

“us” “we” and “our” “Da’sAge” “Da’sAge Inc.” refers to Da’sAge.

“you” means the Account Holder.

“Your Data” means any data entered while using the Service.
